How do I send my image?

1. Click on Order and upload via our web site.
2. E-mail the image to sales@imagestoart.com.
3. Regular mail. You can mail us your original photograph or negative which we will scan at a high resolution for no additional cost and return to you along with your order. We cannot assume responsibility for photos lost in the mail.

will I receive a proof?

Yes. For photo to canvas orders, you will receive a proof via e-mail of the crop and gallery wrap of your image. For artistic effects or Pop Art, we will send you a first proof and then work together with you making any requested changes to design, color, etc. You will receive as many proofs as necessary until we receive your approval to print. If exact color matching is important, we can send you a small canvas sample of your artwork prior to printing your order. There is no charge for this.

Will my photo be touched-up or cropped?

We provide minor touch-ups (such as red-eye removal and basic color adjustment) at no additional charge unless you request that the photo not be altered in any way. We will notify you if your photo requires any major repairs or fixes. Depending on the size of the print ordered, your photo will also most likely need to be cropped which you will see when you receive your proof.

What is GALLERY WRAPPING?

All of our canvases are gallery wrapped. The canvas is mounted onto 3/4" wooden stretcher bars and the image is wrapped around the bars with staples in the back. This gives the canvas a completed look and allows you to hang it directly on the wall without a frame. Gallery wrapped canvases can also be framed if you choose to do so.

DO YOU APPLY PROTECTIVE COATING TO THE CANVAS?

Yes. After the drying process, all of our canvases are sprayed with a protective coating to protect against Ultraviolet light, moisture and abrasions.

What type of equipment to you use?

We use the latest cutting-edge technology to ensure that you get the best prints available. Our process is entirely color calibrated, from our monitors to our custom profiled printers to produce the highest quality prints. We use the Canon W8400 which produces museum quality prints with the widest color gamut and smoothest gradations available today.

Do you print custom SIZES?

Yes. We've only listed the most common sizes on our website. If you need a custom size, just send us your request via e-mail and we will contact you immediately with a quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 5 days of approval of your proof . We ship via USPS Priority Mail and DHL Ground with delivery times of 2-5 days. Need it faster? E-mail us at sales@imagestoart.com and we'll do our best to accomodate your needs.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders. All canvases are shipped in appropriate materials to protect your artwork.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Discover, and direct payments from PayPal.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. If you are not 100% satisfied with your final product you will have your choice of a complete refund or replacement.
